Job summary

Youth Villages in Johnson City, TN seeks a PRN Community-Based Specialist to support youth and families through weekly sessions and collaborative treatment planning.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a social services field, experience with at-risk youth, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel 60–80 miles as needed. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling are provided.

  • Clinical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Carries a small caseload as assigned by supervisor.
  • Holds individual and family sessions weekly.
  • Attends meetings for professional development and supervision.
  • Conducts ongoing assessments to tailor treatments.
  • Travels up to 60–80 miles to meet families at home or in communities.
  • Provides on-call crisis support and documents in EMR.
