Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Montrose, CO, for a PRN, on-site role. The position requires a CNA license in the state, a High School diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience serving frail or elderly populations.

Medical clearance and age 21+ are required. Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living, coordinating with care teams, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualificações

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current License as CNA in the state working required.
• Experience: At least 1 year with frail or elderly population.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Provide activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care to clients.
• Coordinate with RN Case Manager, ADON, and Director of Clinical Services.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, ambulation, and exercises as taught by healthcare professionals.
• Follow HHWCO policies and OSHA safety guidelines and perform other duties as required.
