Under supervision of licensed staff, you will assist with activities of daily living, document care, monitor vital signs, transport specimens, and support admissions, discharges,

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA certification required.
• BLS certification required or ability to obtain within set timeframes.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Able to complete orientation, competency validations, and department training.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willing to float between departments as needed.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation).
• Obtain and document vital signs as directed.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition and care needs.
• Collect and transport specimens per policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Provide one-on-one observation after competencies are completed.
• Float between clinics, inpatient units, and ED to support staffing.
• Assist during emergencies and ensure patient safety and comfort.
