Responsibilities

• Perform duties according to facility policies and procedures, nursing care and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer nursing care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals to ensure correct resident.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled and accessible to residents.
• Assist with other duties as directed by supervisory staff.
