Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan.
• Assist in facilitating and conducting activities.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Document activities and resident care as required.
