Sky Blue Healthcare LLC in Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and report changes to the supervising nurse to ensure comfort and safety.

The successful candidate will hold a valid CNA certification, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and work in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

• Attention to detail in documenting care and observations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities (meals, turning, ambulating, hydration).
• Help with personal hygiene needs.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Document food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements.
• Maintain clean living environments and make beds.
• Transport residents safely within the facility.
• Support nursing staff and follow facility policies.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with federal, state, and local standards.
