Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Kendallville, IN is seeking a dedicated aide to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with daily activities, promote dignity, and engage residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.

The role requires 18+ age, a high school diploma, and prior experience with seniors; CNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Position Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers
