Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and patient education in acute care settings.
• Perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients, families, staff and community on nutrition and wellness.
• Apply evidence-based practice in line with dietetics manuals and policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service excellence.
• Collaborate with food service management to support patient satisfaction.
