Job summary

Compass Group's TouchPoint unit in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a PRN HRLY Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting.

The role offers flexible 8-24 hrs/week schedule, with M-F day availability, weekend coverage, and ongoing PRN opportunities. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or exam eligibility required; state license where applicable. Pay range $28–$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• RDN or CDR exam eligibility required.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery and health.
• Education: Guide on nutrition and lifestyle for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research per diet manual and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to improve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and interns through education.
