Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team in Marengo, Illinois. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patients through recovery.

You will assist with therapy sessions, document patient responses, and communicate with the treatment team to ensure quality care and positive functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's needs with OT guidance.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
