Job summary

Otterbein Middletown SeniorLife Community in Middletown, OH is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our geriatric rehabilitation team. You will implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physicians, delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

This role requires an OTA associate degree, active state license, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications
