AVIR Health Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Tyler, TX. The CNA will provide direct nursing care to residents during either 6A-6P or 6P-6A shifts, ensuring comfort, dignity, and high-quality care in alignment with policy and procedures.
