Job summary

Kristina's Helping Hands in North Dakota seeks a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support individuals in their homes within the Bismarck/Fargo area. You will provide respectful, person-centered care with focus on independence and quality of life.

The role offers flexible hours, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team dedicated to compassionate caregiving across the community. Prior home care experience is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Help clients safely move throughout their home and assist with transfers
• Encourage independence while providing hands-on support when needed
• Observe changes in client condition and communicate concerns promptly
• Assist with medication reminders or approved medication support
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
• Complete accurate daily care documentation
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

Requirements include:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Qualified Service Provider (QSP) credentials
• Valid driver's license

Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
