Job summary

Munson Healthcare seeks a Sterile Processing Technician to demonstrate competence in decontamination, assembly, sterilization, sterile storage and case cart assembly.

Requires CPD Tech II, certification via CBSPD or HSPA when eligible, plus strong customer service, basic computer skills and multitasking ability.

What’s Required

Consistently demonstrates all requirements of CPD Tech II

• Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician through either the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) when eligible.
• Ability to:
  • Walk moderate distances while pushing/maneuvering carts.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have effective customer service/people skills and critical thinking skills that involve multitasking with interruptions.

Additional Information
