Job summary

BarCARE Health is hiring PRN caregivers in the Lincolnton area. You will earn $13–$15 per hour with paid training, flexible hours, and a $250 caregiver/client referral bonus. Join a compassionate, reliable, and mature team that values your life experience and heart in caregiving.

Provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal prep while following care plans. Travel up to 30–35 minutes; a valid driver's license, insurance, and a HS diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on caregiving experience (transfer skills may count).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable car and insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–35 minutes.
• Pass background check and drug screen requirements.
• Comfortable with online onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with hygiene, grooming and safe mobility.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind about medications and daily routines.
• Monitor and report any changes in condition.
