Job summary

Senior Helpers of Grand Rapids is seeking dependable caregivers to provide in-home care across Grand Rapids. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends, with pay ranging from $16 to $22 per hour based on experience.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, light housekeeping, and contribute to a safe, comfortable home environment. Training is provided, and benefits through Infiniti HR are available for qualifying hours.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently in private homes.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Willing to learn new skills to support clients.
• Healthcare/home care experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide direct care, companionship, and emotional support in clients' homes (not in facility settings)
• Perform light household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
