Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in their own homes. No prior experience is required, as orientation and training are provided to help you succeed.

Candidates should be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. You will support clients with daily activities, companionship, and personal care while maintaining confidentiality and exercising good judgement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; orientation and training provided.
• Must be 18+ years old with valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly and independently.
• Accountable, reliable with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities: meal preparation.
• Perform housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Other light duties as assigned.

• Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:
• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
