Hellenic Management, Inc. is seeking a Care Partner (CNA or HHA) to support seniors in our community in Mishawaka, IN. This PRN role offers competitive pay and a rewarding opportunity to help others in a purpose-driven team.

The ideal candidate is certified (CNA or HHA), at least 18 years old, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic home-like setting.

Formación

• Must be CNA or HHA certified.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to remain stationary 50-100%.
• Ability to exert 10-30 lbs of force or to move objects.

• Providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Responding to emergency call alerts per facility policy.
• Documenting daily resident assistance activities.
• Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to the facility safety program.
