Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a PRN Cardiac Sonographer to perform treadmill stress tests, echocardiography, Holter monitoring, and related tests. The role also serves as a lead/resource for staff, maintains QA processes, and assists with staff credentialing and training within a multi-location lab.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care in a physician-led, multi-specialty environment with day shifts and no on-call requirements, supporting team growth and credentialing efforts.

Qualifications

• RDCS or equivalent certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Allied Health/Sonography preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience; 5–10 years preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Job description

Seeking a PRN Cardiac Sonographer to perform various cardiac tests including treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, stress echo, and cardiac doppler. The role involves acting as a lead and resource for other sonographers/staff, managing quality assurance activities, case auditing, and assisting with training and credentialing of staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; Sonography certification (RDCS or equivalent)
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Allied Health/Sonography
• 2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred
• Licenses & Certifications: RDCS or equivalent; CPR certification

Preferred Experience: Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Additional Information: No call, weekends, or holidays, with day shift only. This role emphasizes providing exceptional patient care and supporting team growth in a multi-specialty, physician-led environment.
