Williamsburg, VirginiaHiring Range$38.00 - $42.00/Hourly Actual pay is determined by program, work commitment and business needsOverviewThe Physical Therapist Assistant under the direction of the Licensed Physical Therapist shall perform these duties: perform services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist; prepare clinical and progress notes; participate in teaching the patient and family; and participate in in-service programs and case conferences. Following an evaluation by a Physical Therapist, the assistant will follow the plan of care and perform PTA procedures as allowed by referral to aid restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities.
