Job summary

Harmony Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our Bridge House team in Littleton, CO on a PRN, part-time basis. You will supervise clients, document interactions in the EMR, and deliver a comprehensive orientation to residential programming.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and preferred Addiction Technician certification or prior behavioral health experience. Shifts include days and nights; at least 3 shifts per month are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Certified Addiction Technician designation preferred.
• One year of prior behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients during assigned shifts and provide resources as appropriate.
• Document interactions and clinical events, including shift notes in EMR.
• Deliver orientation to residential programming and explain rules and campus layout.
• Provide education on program expectations and schedules.
• Promote a positive, cooperative team environment.
• Provide appointment times, messages, and assignment support as needed.
• Assist in emergencies following AllHealth Network protocols.
• Safely conduct property searches and dispose of contraband items.
• Support meals delivery and transport clients to events as required.
• Attend trainings and meetings to support ongoing professional development.
