Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking PRN Behavior Health Techs to join our residential programs in Lilburn, GA. You will provide direct care to individuals with behavioral challenges stemming from brain injury in a supportive, structured setting.

The role involves implementing behavioral training, documenting progress, assisting with ADLs, and transporting residents to activities and appointments. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving behavior required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility-wide behavioral training and documents results.
• Models appropriate behavior, provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback daily.
• Assists residents with ADLs and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational and educational activities in the community.
• Completes all daily documentation (behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, incident reports).
• Performs housekeeping chores (laundry, vacuuming, dusting).
