Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a PRN Audiologist to support outpatient clinics across Nashville. You will perform diagnostic evaluations and collaborate with ENT specialists to manage a diverse patient population using advanced diagnostic tools in a supportive environment.

The role offers scheduling flexibility with no weekends or holidays, enabling semi-retirement or supplementary clinical engagement within a nationally recognized academic health system.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master’s degree in audiology from an accredited program.
• Current Tennessee Audiology license or eligibility before start date.
• Experience performing diagnostic audiologic evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations for adult patients.
• Conduct pure-tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, and ABR testing.
• Interpret test results and document findings accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and multidisciplinary care teams for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Educate patients and families regarding hearing health and next steps.
• Deliver patient-centered care while maintaining quality and safety standards.
