SacoBay seeks a PRN Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) / Injury Prevention Specialist to support local athletes in Portsmouth, NH. You will provide injury prevention services across multiple sites throughout the region and work with exercise science backgrounds or related fields.

The role requires a BS degree, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience; on-site coverage for industrial clients is included with professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; CPR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention.
• Minimum one year of experience; industrial setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onsite injury prevention services across multiple sites.
• Assess, triage and apply first aid for workplace injuries.
• Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions.
• Design and implement functional assessments and preventive exercise.
• Job coaching and behavior modification in group and individual settings.
• Provide education and training on injury prevention topics.
• Documentation and reporting on employee encounters.
• Regular communication with client and leadership.
