Job summary

Marathon Health seeks a PRN Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support employer-sponsored health and wellness centers in Maine, including Norridgewock, Norway, Rumford and Skowhegan. You will practice relationship-based medicine with extended patient time and an emphasis on prevention and wellness.

You’ll provide acute and chronic disease management, wellness care, and health education, leveraging resources and a patient-first culture that values ingenuity, courage and community.

Qualifications

• Active NP license with ANCC or AANP certification.
• Independent practice provider where allowed by state.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for prescribing.
• CPR/BLS certification at start date.
• Independent family practice experience including wellness, chronic care management, and urgent visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention and wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Deliver health education and patient counseling within a relationship-based model.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate ambulatory care at center sites.

We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our employer sponsored health and wellness centers in Norridgewock, Norway, Rumford and Skowhegan, Maine.

Minimum Job Requirements for Nurse Practitioner

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred

Pay Range: $57.00-70.00/hr
