Job summary

Corpus Christi Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a PRN Inventory Technician. You will work with the anesthesia team to ensure equipment is ready for procedures and supplies are organized for daily operations.

Responsibilities include preparing and transporting anesthesia equipment, assisting with patient transfers, maintaining clean, safe environments, and acting quickly in emergencies while protecting patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Anesthesia Tech and/or Inventory experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize anesthesia equipment and supplies by reviewing surgery schedules and planning for what the team will need.
• Set up, transport, and maintain anesthesia carts and equipment to keep supplies clean and ready for safe use.
• Help patients by assisting with transfers, positioning, preparation, and applying non-invasive monitoring devices.
• Act quickly and confidently if an emergency happens.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection prevention and safety practices.
• Communicate openly with patients, families, and the team while protecting patient privacy.
