Qualifications

• 1 year ER/UC experience preferred.
• Active DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate required.
• Qualified to see patients aged 3 and up.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete health histories and develop medical assessments.
• Institute therapy or referrals to appropriate resources.
• Provide instructions on health care and health promotion.
