Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider PRN to join our Primary Care Float Pool across the Denver Front Range. You will support multiple clinics and care teams, delivering high-quality care with a focus on patient experience.

Expect coverage that mirrors clinics open Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with about 14 patients per day. The role requires APRN or PA-C credentials, Colorado license, DEA, and credentialing; PRN hours vary with coverage, including occasional extended hours

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a continuity setting with the ability to see urgent care level patients.
• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active Colorado medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with provider teams across multiple clinics in the Denver Front Range.
• Provide care in primary care / walk-in settings with focus on quality and patient experience.
• Support extended hours and weekend coverage as needed.
