Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or Social Services field is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of clinical treatment and social casework principles.
• Understanding of child and adolescent development.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with therapists, physicians, nurses, and residential staff.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning.
• Coordinate therapeutic passes and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
