• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to private wealth clients and small businesses.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and preparation or compilation of financial statements.
• Review client records, discuss accounting matters, and offer process improvements.
• Manage client engagements, staffing, billing and profitability targets.
• Develop client relationships and mentor staff to build technical skills.
• Maintain knowledge of current tax practices and laws.
