Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• Eligibility to obtain CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent is required.
• One year of tax compliance and consulting experience is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S‑corporations, partnerships, HNW/Ultra‑HNW individuals, and mid‑market firms.
• Participate in tax research projects, draft IRS responses, and address tax authority inquiries.
• Collaborate with practice leaders on special projects and cross‑discipline teams.
• Develop client recommendations and present them to leadership.
• Engage in firm‑wide learning programs and on‑the‑job coaching to grow skills.
• Network to build relationships with internal and external clients.
