Ideal candidates are graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree candidates graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to build relationships.
• Leadership experience and a team-player mindset.
• Client-focused, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Available to work full-time June–August.
• Background check and HireVue video required.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors with portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and client meeting preparation.
• Complete ad-hoc business projects relevant to client service.
• Focus on client service excellence and effective communication training.
