Qualifications

• Active Junior or Senior college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Graduation date on or before May 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 (overall).
• Strong financial analytical skills and understanding of basic financial concepts.
• Availability to work 40 hours a week at our Dallas Highland Park office for the 10-week program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses for wealth management topics (investments, estate planning, tax planning, debt management, insurance).
• Rotate through a minimum of three teams: Client Advisory, Investment, Philanthropy, Trust, Private Banking.
