Job summary

Blackstone Private Wealth is seeking an Associate to drive strategic initiatives across the perpetual funds platform and client solutions. You will work with senior leadership to enhance growth, scalability, and operational efficiency, while improving sales and distribution capabilities.

The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, with a hands-on approach to execution and a focus on cross-functional collaboration across investment, operations, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional designation is a plus.
• 3+ years in investment banking, financial services, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize information.
• Experience communicating to senior stakeholders and leading multi-workstream projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape priority strategic initiatives focused on growth and client experience.
• Develop analytical frameworks to improve performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with investment teams to advance cross-platform initiatives and adoption of scalable tech.
• Deliver management reporting and executive materials for decision making.
