Qualifications

• 1+ year in branch banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations (63/66) or completion within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank and Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and ongoing renewals.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships for Chase Private Client and other customers.
• Offer advice-based service and ensure clients receive suitable products.
• Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients with experts for complex needs.
• Promote self-service options to provide 24/7 access to accounts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
