Job summary

Greenspring Advisors is seeking a Private Wealth Financial Planner to join our Private Client Group in Lancaster, PA. You will support assigned Advisor Teams, attend meetings, and help translate financial planning principles to clients while building strong relationships.

The role emphasizes learning from Lead Advisors, performing client-service tasks, and contributing to high service standards. A bachelor's degree is required, with Series 65 and CFP designations preferred, and a base salary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business experience in financial services or financial planning.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation.
• Ability to work with advisors and support teams to deliver financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with prospective clients and onboard new clients.
• Assist in client service and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisors to determine investment strategies based on risk tolerance and goals.
• Learn to assess client assets, liabilities, cash flow, and insurance.
• Prepare and present in client meetings (when licensed) and delegate follow-up tasks.
