Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned wealth management professional responsible for retaining and growing medium to large high-net-worth client relationships. You will build a team around the client to meet and exceed needs, offering expert wealth guidance and complex advisory support.

Required are strong relationship management, extensive knowledge of banking, trust and investment products, and a CFA/ CFP preference. This role requires NMLS registration and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in high and ultra-high net worth client wealth management activities.

  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. Bancorp Banking, Trust, and Investment products and services.

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Professional designation such as CFA or CFP is preferred.

Job Description

Responsible for retention and growth of medium to large size high net worth client relationships. Builds a team of Banking, Trust and Investment professionals around client that meets and exceeds client needs. Incumbent is a highly seasoned financial industry expert capable of handling complex wealth and relationship management issues, providing counsel and expert advice in all areas of Wealth Management. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment

Salary and Benefits

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $180,270.00 - 220,330.00
