Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent client service by educating clients on banking offerings and products.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client documents; follow up on all client and FA requests.
  • Help maintain policy compliance and operational excellence to protect clients and manage risk.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships by highlighting bank offerings and encouraging integration of banking services.
  • Support team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal demand, while maintaining a client‑first mindset.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and results focus.
  • Client‑centric mindset; actions in best interest of client.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Detail oriented, sound judgment, and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Current or pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (or 63/65 acceptable).
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
  • Experience with clients, delivering complex solutions and excellent client experience.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
