Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Chief of Staff to Senior Private Wealth Advisors in New York. This role leads client event planning and digital marketing, while safeguarding principals’ time and directing calendar and travel logistics.

You will coordinate communications, prep materials, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑quality client experiences and strong internal partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required.
• Advanced degree or professional certification or prior industry experience required.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses and/or designations as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Principals day-to-day as their front line with clients and internal partners—ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Own stakeholder communication and coordination, triaging inbound requests and driving timely responses and outcomes.
• Run meeting prep and follow-up end-to-end (briefing materials, agendas, action items, and accountability).
• Protect and optimize the Principals’ time, proactively steering them to the right people, priorities, and forums.
• Keep the operating cadence on track, anticipating needs and removing friction so the Principals can stay focused on decisions and relationships.
