Job summary

Franklin Templeton's O’Shaughnessy Asset Management (OSAM) seeks a Private Wealth Associate to support Western US business development and client service, collaborating with the investment and operations teams on onboarding, model building, tax transitions, and client communications. This role emphasizes relationship-building with high-end RIAs and proficiency in Canvas workflows.

Location options include Stamford, CT with a Hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days/week).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related work experience in financial services industry
• Series 65 or ability to obtain within 4 months
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets/investing
• Self-starter mindset with detail-oriented execution
• Comfort with technology (MS Office, Excel, Asana/PM tool, CRM)
• Effective listener, communicator, and presenter
• Willingness to travel for conferences or client meetings

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director and Specialist to manage advisor prospects pipeline
• Play a key role in onboarding and servicing new RIA clients, including model building and tax transitions
• Interface with partner firm investment teams and advisors to share Canvas best practices
• Develop understanding of Canvas workflows and OSAM investment process
• Prepare client-focused collateral on internal and external requests
• Facilitate account service and operational requests promptly
• Present complex investment topics in approachable formats
