Qualifications

• 5 or more years of administrative support experience in a banking environment.
• Knowledge of banking operations, policies, and products.
• Ability to handle client calls and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of assigned area through client contact.
• Assist with day-to-day client calls and transactions.
• Identify potential compliance issues or fraud.

Skills

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions
