The role involves drafting wills, trust & shareholder agreements, estate administration, tax research, and client interaction.

Candidates with 2–5 years' experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, or South Carolina (or eligible to waive into the bar in those states).
• Openness to licensure in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Complex document drafting (wills, trust agreements, settlement agreements, shareholders agreements, etc.).
• Estate and trust administration.
• Legal and tax research.
• Transfer tax return preparation.
• Project management and direct client contact.
