Qualifications

• 2+ years of wealth management or related experience.
• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
• Experience servicing sophisticated clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to service high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
• Respond to client requests with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Support portfolio analysis, account opening and maintenance, client transactions and ongoing needs.
• Prepare for client meetings with reports, presentations, and portfolio information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively track outstanding items and ensure follow-through across client relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with discretion and professionalism.
