A financial services firm based in Dallas is seeking a fully licensed Wealth Advisor to join their private wealth division. The role targets high-net worth clients utilizing existing bank channels without cold calling. Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to build a book of business of at least $40 million AUM and have a clean U4. This position offers a generous base salary along with an uncapped incentive plan.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage high-net worth clients and prospects.
• Access existing commercial and corporate bank clients.
• Develop client relationships without cold calling.

The Anderson Search Group has been retained by a California affiliate of an $80 billion financial institution to identify a Wealth Advisor to add to the growing private wealth division. This rock solid bank has been around for over 150 years and is seeking a fully licensed wealth advisor to take advantage of the bank's existing private bank, business banking, commercial and corporate banking clients in the Dallas Market targeting high-net worth clients and prospects. This person will have access to the commercial and corporate bank clients. NO COLD CALLING! This role offers a generous base salary and uncapped incentive plan.

The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:

• Clean U4 and Series 7, 6 and 63 or 66, and Life and Health Insurance
• CFP preferred but not required
• Proven ability to have built their own book of business to at least $40 million AUM in fee based business
• Experience with high-net worth clients preferred
• Experience with utilizing internal bank channels and partners preferred
