Job summary

A national private mobile swim lesson company is seeking experienced private swim instructors to conduct lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Ideal candidates must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and hold CPR and First Aid certifications. Join us to inspire swimmers of all ages while earning competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
• Assess student's skills and monitor their progress.
