InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across Sunnyvale, Texas. Instructors will enjoy flexibility in scheduling and earn between $40-$70 per hour per lesson, with quick payment processing. Candidates must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be at least 18 years old, and have CPR and First Aid certifications. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential when working with all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
