A private swim lesson company is looking for experienced swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools. Instructors set their own schedules and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, must be at least 18 years old, and have CPR/First Aid certifications. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own clients, ensuring a rewarding teaching experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
