InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel to nearby locations, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of private swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certs (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to design and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check required and paid by InstaSwim.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible hours.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans per student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons as needed.
