Instructors can set their own schedules and receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson. Candidates must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be CPR certified, and possess reliable transportation. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans for each student.
• Assess student skills and monitor progress.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
