Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations safely.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to students' abilities.
• Monitor and adapt lessons to meet students' needs.
• Ensure students' safety at all times.
